摘  要:随着我国技术水平的发展,人们对卷烟产品的质量要求也越来越高,为了提高烟卷质量和耐加工性,对于烟叶制丝过程各道工序质量及数据进行了分析。因计算结果在进行回归预测时容易受异常值影响,为避免各工序在加工过程中各项数据出现偏差,故设置相关实验引入耐抗线方法。实验结果显示,烟叶在制丝加工过程中引用耐抗线方法,不仅提高了数据的准确性,还提高了预测结果的耐抗性,充分说明耐抗线方法在制丝加工领域的预测良好效果和应用价值。With the development of China's technology,people's requirements for the quality of cigarette products are higher and higher.In order to improve the quality and processing resistance of cigarette,the quality and data of each process in tobacco making process are analyzed.Because the calculation results are easy to be affected by the abnormal values in the regression prediction,in order to avoid the data deviation in the processing process of each process,the relevant experiments are set up to introduce the resistance line method.The experimental results show that the application of resistance line method in tobacco processing not only improves the accuracy of data,but also improves the resistance of prediction results,which fully shows the prediction effect and application value of resis⁃tance line method in the field of silk processing.
