毛囊取出移位种植矫正瘢痕性秃发术后毛发方向错乱

摘　　要：目的探讨毛囊取出移位种植矫正瘢痕性秃发术后毛发方向错乱的效果。方法2013年8月至2019年8月,中国医学科学院整形外科医院收治瘢痕性秃发术后毛发方向错乱患者11例,男9例,女2例,年龄22~39岁。采用毛囊单位提取术(FUE)的方法,将生长方向错乱的毛囊取出,经过分离获得适合种植的毛胚,将毛胚按照需要的方向和角度,在取出毛囊部位的头皮完整处移位种植。结果采用FUE的方法取出生长方向错乱的毛囊,取出率平均63.3%(3145/4972)。移位种植成活率为78.7%。经9~36个月的随访,头发形态均有改善。FUE取出毛囊部位瘢痕不明显。结论采用FUE取出生长方向错乱的毛囊,改变方向和角度移位种植,可以有效改善瘢痕性秃发术后毛发方向错乱。Objective To explore the effect of follicle unit excision(FUE)and ectopic transplantation in correcting undesirable hair growth pattern after cicatricial alopecia treatment.Methods Eleven patients with undesirable hair growth pattern after cicatricial alopecia treatment(9 males and 2 females),aged between 22 and 39,were recruited from Plastic Surgery Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,between August 2013 and August 2019.The disordered hair follicles were extracted with FUE and ectopically transplanted simultaneously to the appropriate location in accordance with desired direction and angle of hairs.Results An average extraction rate of hair follicle units with undesirable growth pattern by FUE was 63.3%.The survival rate of transplantation was 78.7%.The hair growth patterns were obviously improved after 9-36 months and all scars of extracted sites by FUE were slight.Conclusions The undesirable hair appearance could be improved effectively through FUE and hair follicles ectopic transplantation of hair follicles.
