四君子汤加减治疗口甘1例

摘　　要：目的:分析口甘患者通过四君子汤加减治疗后,患者得到的治疗效果。方法:笔者选择2018年1月至2020年1月期间来我院进行就诊的1例口甘患者,先对患者的临床情况进行诊断,分析临床病情,通过中西医诊断,确认患者的病情,根据患者的病情变化,并通过询问患者发病前的经历,然后通过处方一,处方二对患者进行治疗,对患者的治疗效果进行研究。结果:服用处方一一周之后,患者的鼻咽情况明显改善,口甘情况略有改善,但是患者感觉浑身乏力,舌胀、胃部嘈杂、睡眠质量较差、大便溏、舌体胖大边有齿印、舌苔略黄,服用处方二半个月后,患者的疾病情况显著改善,鼻咽部没有出现疾病情况,睡眠质量明显提高,二便恢复正常,口甘情况显著改善。结论:口甘患者通过四君子汤加减治疗后,患者的口甘情况可以得到有效治疗。Objective:to analyze the therapeutic effect of Sijunzi Decoction on patients with kougan.Methods:the author selected a case of Kogan patients who came to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020,first diagnosed the clinical situation of the patients,analyzed the clinical condition,confirmed the patient’s condition through the diagnosis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,according to the patient’s condition change,and inquired about the patient’s experience before the onset of the disease,then treated the patients through prescription I and prescription II,and treated the patients’condition The therapeutic effect was studied.Results:one week after taking the prescription,the patient’s nasopharynx condition was significantly improved,and the oral sweetness was slightly improved.However,the patient felt weak all over,the tongue was swollen,the stomach was noisy,the sleep quality was poor,the stool was loose,the tongue was fat with teeth marks,and the tongue coating was slightly yellow.Two and a half months after taking the prescription,the patient’s disease condition was significantly improved,the nasopharynx was not affected,and the sleep quality was good Obviously improved,the second stool returned to normal,and the condition of stomachache was significantly improved.Conclusion:after the treatment of Sijunzi Decoction,the condition of kougan can be effectively treated.
