摘  要:文章简要概述了高粘易凝原油海底管道投产前需进行预热,使海管出口温度在原油凝点以上;OLGA作为海底管道动态模拟软件在预热工况中广泛使用,其精度满足工程开发需求。OLGA+PVTsim和OLGA黑油模型两种不同的预热模拟方法,在工程开发中都有应用,设计者可根据实际情况确定合适的方案。The article briefly introduced that high viscosity and high solid point crude oil subsea pipeline need to been preheated before putting into production,and subsea pipeline outlet temperature should be higher than crude oil solid point.OLGA as a dynamic simulation software of subsea pipeline,is widely used in preheating condition,and the accuracy of the results meets the needs of engineering development.OLGA+PVTsim and OLGA black oil module are two different preheating simulation methods,and both have application in engineering development.The designer can determine the appropriate scheme according to the actual situation.
