摘 要:以现有装备保障体制为基础,建立典型武器装备的保障资源实战化评价指标体系,并结合作战实际构造了含多项指标的定量评价模型,通过运用基于熵权的模糊综合评价模型对装备保障资源配置合理性进行以定量分析为主的综合评价,评价结果可支持资源配置分析,进而支撑配置方案优化措施的制定,提升资源配置方案的适用性和合理性,提高装备的实战化保障能力。Based on the existing equipment support constitution,a practical evaluation index system is established for the support resources of typical weapons and equipment.At the same time,a quantitative evaluation model of various indicators is constructed based on the actual combat situation.Quantitative analysis-based comprehensive evaluation of the rationality of equipment support resource allocation using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight.The results can support resource allocation analysis and optimization of allocation schemes,increase the applicability and rationality of resource allocation schemes,and impove equipment actual combat support capabilities.
