摘  要:采用英蓝超滤装置、Dosino模块自动配标器、9191C自动进样器、离子色谱仪的组合测定环境空气颗粒物样品中5种水溶性阳离子,可以有效减少细小颗粒对色谱系统的影响,避免一次性滤膜带来的外源污染和不稳定性,并有效减少手工配制不同浓度标准溶液所产生的误差。经过实验验证表明,该组合离子色谱分析方法具有良好的检出限、精密度、准确度,能够满足环境空气颗粒物样品中Na^(+)、NH_(4)^(+)、K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)5种水溶性阳离子的测定要求。The feasibility of determination of five water-soluble cations in ambient air particulate matter samples by ultrafiltration-automatic calibration ion chromatography was verified.Five types of cation standards at a specific concentration point were added into their respective solutions during a Dosino dispensing unit which was used to control the inlet volume going through the dosing ring.The standard curves for the resulting five cation solutions under various concentrations were then drawn.It was found that pretreating the samples by using the Metrohm Inline Ultrafiltration system could effectively reduce the interference of fine particulates in the chromatography system and avoid the external contamination and instability brought by the conventional disposable filter membrane.Moreover,the standard curve coefficients,which were derived from the five cation solutions previously prepared using the Dosino dispensing unit,all read above 0.9998 indicating that this method could effectively minimise man-made errors when dealing with various concentrations of the standard solutions.Thus,this method has been verified to meet the requirements for determining the contents of water-soluble cations Na^(+),NH_(4)^(+),K^(+),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)in ambient air particulate matter samples.
