摘　　要：莫达非尼(MOD)是一种中枢神经兴奋药物,起初用于治疗由睡眠障碍引起的白天过度困倦,其作为首选的促认知剂在处理认知缺陷相关疾病方面也产生了积极效果,目前的研究显示MOD还可用于治疗与抑郁症、癌症和脑卒中相关的疲劳。同时,MOD对于健康的特殊人群,如军事人员、棋手、学生等也可以产生缓解困倦疲劳、增强记忆力和提高执行能力等积极作用。本文就当前MOD在临床应用、特殊人群使用、作用机制和不良反应等方面的最新研究成果进行综述。Modafinil(MOD)is a central nervous stimulant.At first,it is used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness caused by sleep disorders.As the first choice of cognitive promoter,MOD has positive effect on cognitive deficit related diseases.Current research shows that MOD can be used to treat fatigue related to depression,cancer and stroke.MOD can also alleviate sleepiness and fatigue,enhance memory and improve competence for healthy population,such as military personnels,chess players and students.In this paper,we review the latest research results of MOD in clinical application,use in specific population,mechanism and adverse reactions.
