摘　　要：目的运用诊断相关分组(DGRs)结合PDCA对本院心血管内科药事指标及合理用药进行管理,探索新的药事管理方法,为其他科室及医院提供参考。方法运用DRGs把握全院药事指标,确定干预重点科室为心血管内科,运用PDCA实施管理,以2019年3—4月为调查阶段,5—6月为整改阶段,7—8月为效果确认及标准化阶段,统计心血管内科3个病区管理前后药事指标(药占比、人均药费、辅助用药比、医嘱合理率)的变化情况。结果心血管内科药事指标改善明显,药占比下降3.64%,辅助用药比下降14.72%,人均药品费用下降681.44元,医嘱合理率上升9.33%。结论运用DRGs进行药事指标管理,各指标得到优化,药品使用趋于合理,DRGs可以精准化管控药事指标,促进药物合理使用。Objective To determine the effect of diagnosis related groups (DGRs) on the pharmaceutical indicators of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and rationality of drug in our hospital,and to provide reference for other departments and hospitals.Methods DRGs was used to control the hospital’s pharmaceutical indicators (drug structure ratio,drug cost per capita,adjuvant drug ratio,and reasonable rate of doctor’s orders),and the key department of intervention was the Cardiovascular Medicine.Then PDCA was implemented in the management.March to April was for the survey,May to June for rectification,and July to August to verify the effect and to standardize in 2019.Results The indicators of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine were improved greatly,the proportion of drug declined by 3.64%,the proportion of adjuvant drug decreased by 14.72%,per capita drug costs were reduced by 681.44 yuan and reasonable rate of doctor’s orders increased by 9.33%.Conclusion DRGs is used to manage and optimized the indicators of drugs.DRGs can accurately control the indicators of drugs and the rational use of drugs.
