摘 要:轧机是冶金生产企业的关键设备,冶金企业每年都因突发的重大设备事故和"维修过剩"造成巨大的经济损失,因此如何对轧机设备状态进行在线监测与诊断来减小甚至避免损失成为冶金企业亟待解决的难题。当前对轧机设备状态监测一般多从振动信号的角度考虑,其局限性较多。提出了从电气信号角度对轧机设备状态进行在线监测与诊断,并以梅钢1780热连轧机组为基础,开发了一种基于多信号特征的轧机设备状态在线监测与诊断系统,提高了轧制稳定性和产品质量指标的控制精度。其具有预警功能和智能性,数据存储量更少、二次开发空间更大,可在现有轧钢生产线L1控制系统的基础上进行数据的深度挖掘处理。Rolling mill is the key equipment of metallurgical enterprises.Each year,huge economic losses are caused by sudden major equipment accidents and"over-maintenance".Therefore,how to carry out on-line monitoring and diagnosis of rolling mill equipment status to reduce or even avoid losses has become a urgent problem for metallurgical enterprises to solve.At present,the monitoring of rolling mill equipment status is generally considered from the perspective of vibration signals,which has many limitations.An on-line monitoring and diagnosis of rolling mill equipment status from the perspective of electrical signals was presented.Based on the 1780 hot rolling production line of Meishan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,an on-line monitoring and diagnosis system for closed-loop rolling mill equipment status based on multi-signal features was developed,which improved the rolling stability and control accuracy of product quality indicators.At the same time,the system has early warning function and intelligence,less data storage and more secondary development space.The data can be deeply mined and processed on the basis of the L1 control system of the existing rolling steel production line.
