摘 要:介绍了热轧带钢在精轧区域的温降计算模型,针对生产中延时辊道设定(holding table transfer,简称HTT)模型对部分带钢的温降计算偏差较大的问题,利用理论计算公式结合大量实际控制数据进行分析及回归计算,对模型热辐射系数、自学习系数等进行优化设定,减小模型计算温降偏差。终轧温度控制(finisher delivery temperature control,简称FDTC)模型中增加带钢时间-速度-距离(time-velocity-distance,简称TVD)加速度补偿计算功能,该功能可根据带钢厚度自动选择加速度补偿因数,对不同厚度的带钢速度设定进行最优化计算,提高了模型对带钢TVD的计算精度。应用大量统计数据优化板坯加热工艺及FDTC模型自学习区间,提高了带钢轧制稳定性。模型优化后对实际轧制数据统计,带钢温降计算偏差由均值25.39℃下降到3.67℃,模型预估精度显著提高,终轧温度(finisher delivery temperature,简称FDT)命中率由92.37%提高到95.81%。The temperature drop calculation model of hot rolled strip in finishing rolling area was introduced.As the problem of HTT model had great deviation in calculating the temperature drop of some strip in production,the theoretical calculation formula and a great deal of actual control data were used for analysis and regression calculation.The thermal radiation coefficient and self-learning coefficient of the model were optimized to reduce the temperature drop deviation of the model calculation.Time-speed-distance(TVD)acceleration compensation calculation function was added in FDTC model,this function can automatically select acceleration compensation coefficient according to the thickness of strip.The speed setting of different thickness strip was optimized to improve the accuracy of TVD calculation.Slab heating process and FDTC model self-learning interval were optimized based on a large number of statistical data,rolling stability had been improved.Counted the actual rolling data of the optimized model,the calculated deviation of temperature drop of strip varied from 25.39℃to 3.67℃,the prediction accuracy of the model was significantly improved,FDT hit ratio increased from 92.37%to 95.81%.
