摘  要:三电平中压交直交变频系统已成为冶金轧机主传动的主流电气装备,基于国产自主研制的大功率中压变频控制系统和主回路设计,提出了一种可逆冷轧机高性能主传动系统解决方案。该系统采用气隙磁链定向矢量控制的电励磁同步电机和基于滑模控制的动态负载转矩观测进行前馈补偿,以达到有效改善速度控制性能的目的;同时,在分析单机架可逆冷轧主传动的系统结构和工作模式的基础上,进一步提出了轧机与卷取通用的电机转矩控制和速度控制方法。该系统已经在多个单机架可逆冷轧机生产线上获得成功应用,现场使用结果表明,所提出的主传动控制解决方案可以在宽速度范围内实现高精度的速度控制和转矩控制,能够满足高性能轧制的工艺需求。The three-level medium voltage AC-DC-AC high-power inverter system has become the main electrical equipment of the main drive of the hot and cold rolling mill.Based on the domestic self-developed high-power medium voltage inverter control system and the main circuit topology design,a solution to the high-performance main drive system of the reversible cold rolling mill was proposed.In order to improve the performance of speed control effectively,the air gap flux-oriented vector controlled synchronous motor and the dynamic load torque observation based on sliding mode control are used for feedforward compensation.At the same time,by analyzing the system structure and working mode of main drive for single stand reversible cold rolling mill,the universal motor torque control and speed control method for rolling and coiling were proposed.The system has been successfully applied in several single stand reversible cold rolling mill production lines.The field application results show that the proposed main drive control solution can meet the requirements of high-performance rolling process with high-precision speed control and torque control in a wide speed range.
