摘  要:为了减轻和控制挤出机的振动,基于三向激振力法提出了塑料挤出机螺杆的模态识别方法。利用脉冲函数模拟激振力函数推导了振动系统的模态参数模型,通过实验锤击法得到了前四阶振动频率以及相应的振形。实验与理论结果对比得到特征频率的最大偏差仅为3.17%,满足工程计算的偏差要求。In order to reduce and control the vibration of the extruder,a modal identification method of the plastic extruder screw was proposed based on the three-way excitation force method.The modal parameter model of the vibration system is deduced by using the pulse force function,and the first four-order vibration frequency and corresponding vibration shape were obtained by the experimental hammer method.The comparison of experimental and theoretical results shows that the maximum error of the characteristic frequency is only 3.17%,which meets the error requirements of engineering limitation.
