摘  要:以自行车LED灯内壳塑件为例,在详细分析塑件结构、成型工艺的基础上,拟定了"塑件+流道"的产品结构。借助Moldflow模流分析软件,确定了"塑件+流道"产品的浇口位置处于主流道中部;通过模拟模流分析,灯壳塑件的变形小于0.8364 mm,填充时间0.8758 s。针对塑件产品上有内凹凸字、侧凹、外扣、卡槽、电池槽和侧扣、内扣等功能结构特点,结合模流分析结果,确定了模具采用一模二腔、两次分型、两次顶出的三板式模具结构。利用数字化设计软件设计了镶拼式型腔、型芯结构、2套斜导柱侧向分型抽芯机构、1套两次顶出和顺序复位的顶出复位机构。该模具结构紧凑,动作可靠。经生产证明,塑件达到设计要求,为类似结构的注射模具设计提供借鉴。Taking the inner shell plastic part of bicycle LED lamp as an example,the product design of"plastic part+runner"was drawn up based on detailed analysis of plastic structure and forming process.With the help of Moldflow,the mold flow analysis software,the injecting gate of the"plastic part+runner"was positioned in the middle of the main runner.By simulating the mold flow,the deformation of the lamp housing plastic part was less than 0.8364 mm,and the filling time was around 0.8758 s.Taking into account of the functional structure characteristics of the plastic part,such as internal concave and convex characters,undercuts,external buckles,card slots,battery slots,side buckles and internal buckles,combined with the mold flow analysis results,it was determined that this mold adopts a three-plate mold structure of one mold and two cavities,double parting,and double ejecting.Digital design software was also used to design an inlaypatch cavity and a combined core structure,two sets of oblique guided side parting and core pulling mechanisms,one set of double ejection and orderly reset mechanism.The mold was of a compact structure and performed reliable action.It was proved in production that the plastic part met the design requirements and served as a reference for the design of injection mold with similar structure.
