基于3DSMAX的服装设计挂衣装置注塑模具动态演示系统研究

摘　　要：基于3DSMAX平台开发了服装设计挂衣装置注塑模具动态演示系统,构建了动态演示管理模块。采用Qt Designer软件进行图形管理界面开发,在3DSMAX平台上使用MAXScript脚本语言实现模块管理功能。系统结合服装设计挂衣装置注塑模具工艺流程,制作了注塑模具三维动画,对模具部件结构、模具开模、模具合模、产品注塑、产品产出等过程进行详细、直观的动态演示,为模具初学者直观、快速地掌握塑料模具知识提供参考。Based on the 3DSMAX platform,a dynamic demonstration system for the injection mold of the clothing design hanging device was developed,and a dynamic demonstration management module was constructed.With Qt Designer software for graphical management interface development,MAXScript scripting language on the 3DSMAX platform was adopted to implement module management functions.The system combines the process flow of the injection mold of the clothing design and hanging device to produce a three-dimensional animation of the injection mold,and performs a detailed and intuitive dynamic demonstration of the mold component structure,mold opening,mold closing,product injection,product output and other processes,which provides with reference for the mold learners for the mastery of plastic mold knowledge.
