摘 要:采用塑料光纤传感器研究路面激励对悬架振动位移的影响,建立汽车悬架的二自由度减振模型,分析悬架本征参数对振动位移的影响,通过塑料光纤传感器测量汽车悬架的位移并进行振动分析。分析结果表明:简谐激励下悬架的振动频率与激励频率相等;悬架在振幅为0.01 m阶跃激励下产生振荡位移,最大幅值和稳定幅值分别为-0.132 m和-0.13 m;悬架的最大振幅与激励幅值成正比;悬架的阻尼系数越大,振动位移的最大幅值越小,阻碍汽车悬架振动;汽车悬架刚度变化会影响悬架的承载性能,但对悬架的振荡特性没有影响。The plastic optical fiber sensor is used to study the influence of road surface excitation on the suspension vibration displacement,the two-degree-of-freedom damping model of the automobile suspension is established,and the influence of the intrinsic parameters of the suspension on the vibration displacement is analyzed.The plastic optical fiber sensor measures the displacement of the automobile suspension and Perform vibration analysis.The analysis results show that the vibration frequency of the suspension under simple harmonic excitation is equal to the excitation frequency;the suspension produces an oscillating displacement under a step excitation with an amplitude of 0.01 m,and the maximum amplitude and stable amplitude are-0.132 m and-0.13 m,respectively;The maximum amplitude of the suspension is proportional to the excitation amplitude;the larger the damping coefficient of the suspension,the smaller the maximum amplitude of the vibration displacement,which hinders the vibration of the vehicle suspension;the change in the stiffness of the vehicle suspension will affect the load-bearing performance of the suspension,but The oscillation characteristics of the suspension have no effect.
