摘 要:介绍了采用数值模拟的方法对埋弧交流矿热炉冶炼铬铁合金的温度场与电磁场进行研究。对交流埋弧矿热炉三维建模,采用划分电弧区和矿料区的方法,研究矿料瞬态升温过程。矿热炉的电磁场、温度场以及流场之间相互耦合,电弧热和焦耳热共同作用提高矿料温度。研究结果表明:在冶炼过程中,电弧区的温度最高。随着冶炼时间的增加,炉内矿料的高温区域增加。电流密度最大值集中在电极表面区域,在电极圆心处的电流密度较小,满足交流电的集肤效应。当冶炼时间达到20 min,磁场强度最大值为0.012 67 T。The numerical simulation method is used to study the temperature field and electromagnetic field of ferrochrome smelting in submerged arc furnace.The three-dimensional modeling of alternating current submerged arc furnace is studied by dividing the arc zone and the ore zone to investigate the transient heating-up process of ores.The electromagnetic field,temperature field and flow field of submerged arc furnace are coupled with each other.The temperature of ore zone increases by the interaction of arc heat and Joule heat.The results show that the temperature of the arc zone is the highest in the smelting process.With the increase of smelting time,the high temperature area of ore zone in the furnace increases.The maximum current density is concentrated in the electrode surface,and the current density at the center of the electrode is small,which meets the skin effect of alternating current.When the smelting time attains 20 min,the maximum intensity of magnetic field is 0.01267 T.
