林业科研院所后勤服务管理制度建设的对策研究——基于马克思主义实事求是思想视角

摘　　要：林草事业作为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分,离不开林业科研院所的科技支撑保障,加强林业科研院所后勤服务管理制度建设,对服务国家宏观战略和林草顶层设计具有重要意义。本文以马克思主义实事求是思想为指导,按照定性分析的方法,结合林业科研院所发展实际,阐述了做好后勤服务管理的重要性,分析了当前存在的问题,提出了强化制度建设需完善岗位职责、明确岗位责任、强化信息交流等对策、建议,为加快实现林草治理体系和治理能力现代化,推动林草事业高质量发展提供借鉴。As an important part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability,the forestry and grass industry is inseparable from the scientific and technological support of forestry research institutes.It has great significance for serving the national macroscopic strategy and top-level design of forest and grass to strengthen the construction of the logistics service and management system of forestry research institutes.This paper,regarding seeking-truth-from-facts thought of Marxism as guidelines,applying the method of qualitative analysis,combining the facts in the development of forestry research institutes,expounds the importance of doing well in logistics service and management,analyzes the current existing problems,proposes that perfecting position responsibilities,clearing post responsibilities,enhancing information exchanges need to be improved to strengthen system construction,and provides reference for accelerating the modernization of forest and grass management system and governance capability and promoting the high-quality development of forest and grass industry.
