摘　　要：单宁是一种具有较强生物学特性和药理活性的多酚类天然植物提取物。在畜禽日粮中添加适宜比例的单宁在促进动物生理健康、提高动物生产性能、环境保护等方面有显著效果。文章就单宁对畜禽的营养生理功能进行综述,总结其在畜禽生产中的应用效果,为畜牧业生产中合理利用含有单宁的原料提供参考。Tannin is a polyphenol natural plant extract with strong biological characteristics and pharmacological activity.Adding an appropriate proportion of tannin has significant effects in promoting animal physiological health,improving animal production performance,and environmental protection in livestock and poultry diets.The paper reviews the nutritional and physiological functions of tannin,and summarizes its application in livestock production,so as to provide reference for tannin containing feedstuff utilization.
