摘 要:目的:探讨产前皮质激素接触对子代青春期大鼠甲状腺形态功能的影响。方法:雌性妊娠大鼠分为2组:对照组和GC组,GC组大鼠给予糖皮质激素(GC)腹腔注射4周,对照组大鼠给予等体积生理盐水。ELISA测定大鼠体内TSH、T3和T4含量。HE、PAS、汞溴酚蓝染色法检测小鼠甲状腺形态学改变。结果:GC暴露子代大鼠青春期后TSH含量增加,T3、T4含量减少,甲状腺组织学表现为滤泡变性退化、大小不一、胶质减少、滤泡融合、结缔组织增生、血管充血、蛋白含量减少。结论:产前激素刺激可导致子代青春期大鼠甲状腺发育过程中形态异常改变和功能退化。Objective:To explore effect of prenatal corticosteroid exposure on thyroid morphological and function in offspring adolescent rats.Methods:Pregnant female rats were divided into two groups:control and GC group.Rats in GC group were given glucocorticoid(GC)injection for 4 weeks,and control group was given equal volume of normal saline.Contents of TSH,T3 and T4 in rats were measured by ELISA.Morphological changes of thyroid in rats were detected by HE,PAS and mercury bromophenol blue staining.Results:In adolescent rats,TSH content was increased and T3 and T4 contents were decreased,and thyroid histology results showed a follicular degeneration,colloid reduction,follicular fusion,hoof tissue hyperplasia,vascular congestion,and decreasing protein content.Conclusion:Stimulation of prenatal hormone led to abnormal morphological changes and functional degeneration during development of thyroid gland in offspring adolescent rats.
