摘 要:在信息化时代,地震来临时,地震部门如何快速、高效为各级政府提供有效的灾情预评估结果和辅助决策建议,如何为公众提供可行的避震服务指南,是应急工作者一直思考和探索的问题,也曾通过研究各种评估决策系统来解决这一问题。该文对比基于天地图平台的地震应急评估决策系统、基于“十五”项目建设的地震应急评估决策系统和基于公里格网的地震应急辅助决策三种系统在系统产出及运算性能方面的特点,浅析基于天地图平台的地震应急评估决策系统的优劣势。In the information age,when an earthquake comes,how to quickly and efficiently provide effective disaster pre-assessment results and auxiliary decision-making suggestions for governments at all levels,and how to provide feasible earthquake service guide for the public are the problems that emergency workers have been thinking and exploring.Such problems have also been tried to be solved by studying various evaluation and decision-making systems.This article compares the output and operational performance of the three systems,namely,the earthquake emergency assessment decision-making system based on Map World platform,the earthquake emergency assessment decision-making system based on the"Tenth Five-Year Plan"project and the earthquake emergency assistance decision-making system based on kilometer grid,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the earthquake emergency assessment decision-making system based on Map World platform.
