摘　　要：多级离心泵作为海洋石油平台原油外输泵已有多年的使用经验,在使用的过程中有部分作业方反馈有汽蚀和凝结的问题,文章根据作业方反馈的问题及对工程设计阶段提出的建议,结合陆地化工厂设计的成熟经验,对现有原油外输流程进行了优化,从而达到解决汽蚀和凝固问题的目的。Multistage centrifugal pump has been used as crude oil export pump of offshore oil platform for many years.In the actual production process,some operators have fed back that export pumps have the problems of cavitation and condensation.According to the problems fed back by the operators and the suggestions advised by the operators for the engineering design stage,combined with the mature experience of the design of chemical plant,the existing crude oil export process is optimized to solve the problems of cavitation and condensation.
