少腹逐瘀丸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨少腹逐瘀丸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法筛选出50例于辽宁中医药大学附属医院诊治的原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,治疗组在此基础上予少腹逐瘀丸进行治疗,持续治疗2周。评价患者的治疗效果,比较中医证候积分。结果2组患者干预后下腹刺痛、四肢不温、舌质暗评分降低;观察组患者干预后下腹刺痛、四肢不温、舌质暗评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为92.00%(23/25),对照组临床总有效率为76.00%(19/25),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀丸可温经散寒、止痛活血、化瘀痛经,治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经时具有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu pill on primary dysmenorrhea of the type of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods 50 patients with primary dyspenorrhea with the type of cold coagulation and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 25 cases in each.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsule,and the treatment group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu pill on this basis for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effect of patients was evaluated,and the TCM syndrome scores were compared.Results After intervention,the patients in the two groups had lower abdominal tingling,limb hypothermia,and decreased dark score of tongue quality.After intervention,the lower abdominal tingling,limb tepid and dark tongue score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 92.00%in the treatment group and 76.00%in the control group,and there had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu pill can warm the meridian and dissipate the cold,relieve pain and promote blood circulation,and remove blood stasis dysmenorrhea.
