甘草泻心汤加石膏治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的对甘草泻心汤加石膏治疗复发性口腔溃疡进行临床疗效观察。方法收集2016年6月—2019年6月复发性口腔溃疡患者76例,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组患者口服甘草泻心汤加石膏,对照组患者给予常规治疗。连用14 d后,观察短期疗效;随访1年后,观察远期疗效。结果短期疗效,观察组总有效率94.7%(36/38),对照组总有效率73.7%(28/38),治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。远期疗效,观察组总有效率92.1%(35/38),对照组总有效率60.6%(23/38),治疗效果亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中尤以痊愈率更为明显(P<0.1)。结论甘草泻心汤加石膏治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gancao Xiexin decoction and gypsum in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 76 patients with recurrent oral ulcer from June 2016 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were orally administered with Gancao Xiexin decoction and gypsum, and the patients in the control group were given routine treatment. The short-term effect after 14 days of continuous use and the long-term efficacy after one year of follow-up were observed. Results Short-term curative effect, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.7 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.7%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there had significant difference(P<0.01). Long-term efficacy, the total effective rate of the observation group was92.1%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.6%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group, and there had significant differences( P<0.05), especially the cure rate(P<0.1). Conclusion Gancao Xiexin decoction and gypsum has a reliable curative effect in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers and is worthy of clinical promotion.
