补肾培元毓麟汤治疗子宫内膜损伤继发不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾培元毓麟汤治疗子宫内膜损伤继发不孕症的临床效果。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院2017年5月—2019年4月治疗的68例子宫内膜损伤继发不孕症患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为2组,各34例。接受常规治疗的患者为参照组,接受补肾培元毓麟汤治疗的患者作为研究组。结果研究组患者总有效率94.12%(32/34)高于参照组73.53%(25/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组20周分娩通过率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后子宫内膜厚度值相比于治疗前高(P<0.05),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对子宫内膜损伤合并不孕症患者实施补肾培元毓麟汤治疗可有效改善患者子宫内分泌环境,刺激内膜增生,从而为妊娠提供良好条件,提高妊娠通过率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Peiyuan Yulin decoction on infertility patients with secondary endometrial injury.Methods 68 cases of infertility secondary to endometrial injury treated in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The patients receiving conventional treatment were the control group,and the patients receiving Bushen Peiyuan Yulin decoction were the study group.Results The total effective rate of the study group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(73.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The delivery rate of 20 weeks in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Peiyuan Yulin decoction can effectively improve the endocrine environment of uterus and stimulate endometrial hyperplasia in patients with endometrial injury and infertility,so as to provide good conditions for pregnancy and improve the rate of pregnancy.
