雷火灸结合揿针埋针治疗寒湿痹阻型退行性膝关节炎26例

摘　　要：目的探究雷火灸结合揿针埋针治疗寒湿痹阻型退行性膝关节炎临床效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年3月到南昌市洪都中医院十病区就诊的52例寒湿痹阻型退行性膝关节炎患者作为观察对象,按治疗方式不同将其分为电针组和结合组,每组26例。电针组采用电针治疗,结合组采用雷火灸结合揿针埋针治疗。治疗后,分别采用VAS评分(疼痛视觉模拟量表)和WOMAC评分(骨关节炎指数评估量表)来评价2组患者治疗前后关节疼痛程度和功能状态,对比2组患者在随访期间的症状复发率。结果结合组患者治疗前后VAS评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结合组患者治疗后VAS评分低于电针组(P<0.05);结合组患者患肢关节的疼痛、僵硬、关节功能评分低于电针组(P<0.05);结合组的症状复发率30.00%(3/10)低于电针组83.33%(5/6)(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸结合揿针埋针治疗寒湿痹阻型退行性膝关节炎,能够缓解患者关节疼痛,加快关节功能恢复,且具有较低的症状复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with thumbtack needle embedding in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis with cold-dampness and blockade type.Methods 52 patients with degenerative knee arthritis of the cold-dampness and blockade type were selected from February 2018 to March 2019 as observation objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into electroacupuncture group and combined group,with 26 patients in each group.VAS score(visual analogue scale for pain)and WOMAC score(osteoarthritis index assessment scale)were used to evaluate the degree of joint pain and functional status of patients in the two groups before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate of symptoms in the two groups during follow-up was compared.Results VAS scores of the combined group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).The pain,stiffness and joint function scores of the combined group were lower than those of the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).The symptom recurrence rate of the combined group(30.00%)was lower than that of the electroacupuncture group(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion tThunder fire moxibustion combined with combined with thumbtack needle embedding can relieve the joint pain and other clinical symptoms,accelerate the recovery of joint function,and have a low recurrence rate.
