补中益气汤合五苓散联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤合五苓散加减联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法选取CHF患者102例,随机分成对照组(51例)和治疗组(51例)。对照组患者口服沙库巴曲缬沙坦,治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服补中益气汤合五苓散加减。比较治疗前后2组患者6 min步行距离、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆N端B型脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平。结果对照组临床总有效率为84.31%(43/51),显著低于治疗组的96.07%(49/51)。治疗后,2组患者6 min步行距离显著增加,左室射血分数LVEF值升高,治疗组患者LVEF明显高于对照组;治疗后,2组患者NT-proBNP显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组患者NT-proBNP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤合五苓散加减联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗CHF临床疗效好、安全性高,可有效改善患者生活质量,具有一定的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Wuling powder combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 102 cases of CHF were selected and randomly divided into control group(51 cases)and treatment group(51 cases).In the control group,patients were treated with Sacubitril Valsartan.The patients in the treatment group took Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Wuling powder on the basis of the control group.The 6-minute walking distance,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and plasma N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the control group was 81.82%,which was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(95.56%).After treatment,the six minute walking distance of the two groups increased significantly,the LVEF of the two groups increased significantly,and the LVEF of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the NT proBNP of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the NT proBNP of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Wuling powder combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of CHF has good clinical effect and high safety,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and has a certain clinical application value.
