摘　　要：国家通过医疗卫生体制改革,不断加大对乡村基层医疗卫生的投入与支持,以实现“健康中国”战略。本文详细叙述了对口帮扶工作中遇到的各种问题,剖析基层医院发展的困境,重点总结了城乡支援基层医院的有效举措——在“量身定做精准帮扶”的指导原则下,以“造血”为目的进行帮扶。文中还对帮扶期结束后的工作提出思考与解决办法,以进一步巩固帮扶成效。With the gradual deepening of the reform in the medical and health system,the state has continuously increased the input and support to the rural primary medical and health care,so as to realize the strategy of“healthy China”.This paper which describes some kinds of problems encountered in the counterpart cooperation and analyzes the dilemma of development in the primary hospitals,summarizes the effective measures focus in order to“hematopoietic”for the purpose,under the guiding principle of“tailor-made and accurate support”.The author also puts forward thinking and solutions after the end of counterpart support,in order to consolidate the results gained in this regard.
