摘 要:某电厂660 MW超超临界机组A凝结水泵运行时电机顶部振动大,水泵运行声音沉闷。为消除这一故障,采取了重新对水泵基础面找正、更换弯曲泵轴和诱导轮、转子离线动平衡试验、水泵在线动平衡试验等措施,最终将振动降低至合格范围内,解决了该泵振动偏大的难题,保障了电厂机组的安全稳定运行。本文解决振动问题的思路和方法为以后处理类似水泵振动故障起到借鉴作用。The motor top vibration of condensate pump a of 660 MW ultra supercritical unit in a power plant is large and the sound of pump running is dull.In order to eliminate this fault,some measures were taken,such as re alignment of pump foundation surface,replacement of bending pump shaft and inducer,off-line dynamic balance test of rotor and on-line dynamic balance test of water pump.Finally,the vibration was reduced to the qualified range,which solved the problem of excessive vibration of the pump,and ensured the safe and stable operation of power plant units.The ideas and methods to solve the vibration problems in this paper can be used for reference in dealing with similar pump vibration faults in the future.
