摘  要:为监测埋地管道因地质不稳定产生的弯曲变形情况,提出了一种基于布里渊光频域分析(BOFDA)技术的聚乙烯(PE)管道微弯检测方法。将玻璃纤维基带应变光缆沿管壁胶粘敷设,使光纤与管道协同变形,通过布里渊频移量计算得到光纤应力变化值,并采用共轭梁重构算法反演管道弯曲扰度。实验结果表明:该方法能够很好地分辨和测量管道弯曲的方向和位移量,误差小于0.4 cm,提升了管道的数字化安全监测和预警水平。In order to monitor the bending deformation of buried pipelines due to geological instability,a method of polyethylene(PE)pipeline microbending detection based on Brillouin optical frequency domain analysis(BOFDA)technology is proposed in this paper.The fiberglass substrate strain cable is laid along the wall of the pipe to make the fiber and the pipe deform together.The Brillouin frequency shift is used to calculate the stress variation of the fiber,and conjugate beam reconstruction algorithm is used to invert the bending disturbance of the pipe.The experiment resulshows that this method can distinguish and measure the direction and displacement of pipe bending very well,and the error is less than 0.4 cm,which improves the digital safety monitoring and early warning level of pipe.
