术中缝合止血辅助手术对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术后卵巢功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中采取术中缝合止血对术后卵巢功能的影响效果。方法对重庆医科大学附属第一医院在2017年1月~2018年1月期间腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除治疗的100例患者进行随机分组,观察组(n=50)通过缝合止血,对照组(n=50)通过超声刀止血,比较两组患者的手术指标以及卵巢储备功能。结果观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、窦状卵泡计数(AFC)以及卵巢基质动脉血流收缩期峰值(PSV)与对照组患者相比(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中,缝合止血和超声刀止血均能够保护卵巢储备功能,缝合止血的手术时间和住院时间更短。Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative suture hemostasis on postoperative ovarian function during relaparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,100 patients who received laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were randomLy divided into two groups.The observation group(n=50)was sutured to stop the bleeding,and the control group(n=50)was used to stop the bleeding with an ultrasonic knife,To compare the surgical indicators and ovarian reserve function of the two groups of patients.Results The operation time,hospital stay,and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),sinus Follicle count(AFC)and peak systolic blood flow of the ovarian stromal artery(PSV)compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,both suture hemostasis and ultrasonic knife hemostasis can protect the ovarian reserve function,and the operation time and hospitalization time of suture hemostasis are shorter.
