摘　　要：针对目前省级气象计量检定信息管理单向分散以及服务缺少移动终端便捷查询的问题,根据江苏省气象计量工作的特点,文章设计并实现了省级气象计量信息管理服务平台。该平台基于B/S技术构架,数据库以MS SQL Server2005管理支撑,采用MS VS2017.NET设计开发Web信息管理服务平台,实现气象计量仪器收发管理、检校更新、查询统计、发票登记等功能。同时,将二维码扫描技术应用到气象计量信息管理服务中,实现公众手机等移动终端实时查询分享信息。In view of the current one-way decentralized information management of provincial meteorological metrological verfication,and the service lacking convenient query of the mobile terminal,according to the characteristics of meteorological measurement work in Jiangsu province,the provincial meteorological measurement information management service platform is designed and implemented.The platform is based on the B/S technology framework.The database is supported by MS SQL Server2005 management.And the Web information management service platform is developed by MS VS2017.NET.The platform is used to realize the functions of sending and receiving management,calibration,query statistics and invoice registration of meteorological instruments.At the same time,the QR code scanning technology is applied to the meteorological measurement information management service to realize real-time query and sharing information of mobile terminals such as public mobile phones.
