摘　　要：自全国气象部门冬季启用称重式降水传感器以来,部分台站由于迁站等原因,需要重新安装称重式降水传感器,由于业务人员对安装流程不熟悉,且不了解终端调试命令,出现了采集器的称重降水传感器通道无法打开的情况。文章对DSC1称重式降水传感器的安装流程及安装后采集器通道开启、端口配置和通信参数设置等终端调试命令进行了详细介绍,并对称重式降水传感器运行过程中的常见故障进行了原因分析,提出了故障解决方案和检查要点,为称重式降水传感器正确快速地投入业务运行提供了技术保障。Since the national meteorological department has been operating the weighing precipitation sensor in winter,some stations need to install weighing precipitation sensor again due to relocation and other reasons.Because the equipment support personnel is not familiar with the installation process and does not understand the relevant terminal debugging command,the weighing precipitation sensor channel of the collector cannot be opened.This paper introduces the installation process of DSC1 weighing precipitation sensor and terminal debugging commands such as opening of collector channel,port configuration and communication parameter setting in detail.The causes of common failures in the operation of the weighing precipitation sensor are analyzed,and the fault solutions and key points of inspection are proposed to provide technical support for the correct and rapid operation of the weighing precipitation sensor.
