摘　　要：[目的]探讨并尝试构建脑卒中健康管理师岗位管理方案,为脑卒中健康管理师规划职业发展路径提供参考。[方法]在文献研究、专科试点和焦点问题访谈的基础上,采用德尔菲法对12名专家进行2轮函询,制订出脑卒中健康管理师岗位管理方案。[结果]研究小组专家多为本科学历及以上的中年专家;职称以主任护师、副主任护师为主体;工作年限均为10年以上,其中管理工作年限或脑卒中健康管理工作年限20~30年专家占整体专家组的一半。2轮专家函询问卷的回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.935、0.932;2轮专家函询后初步形成脑卒中健康管理师岗位管理方案,方案包括脑卒中健康管理师任职资格(9项)、岗位职责(13项)、培训内容(12项)、绩效考核(15项)。[结论]基于德尔菲法所构建的脑卒中健康管理师岗位管理方案具有较高的科学性、可靠性,可为医院设置脑卒中健康管理师岗位提供相对合理、有效的标准和依据。Objective:To explore and try to construct a post management plan for stroke health managers,and to provide references for stroke health managers′to plan their career development paths.Methods:On the basis of literature research,specialty pilots and interviews with focus issues,conducting two rounds of correspondence inquiries to 12 experts with the Delphi method to develop a post management plan for stroke health managers.Results:Most of the experts in the research team were middle-aged experts with bachelor′s degree or above;the titles of chief nurses and deputy chief nurses were as the main body;the working years were all over 10 years,and the experts that working years of management or stroke health management were 20~30 years accounted for half of the overall expert group;the recovery rate of the 2 rounds of expert letter questionnaires was 100%,and the experts′authority coefficients were 0.935 and 0.932 respectively;after two rounds of expert letter inquiries,a stroke health manager position management plan was initially formed.The plan included stroke health manager qualifications(9 items),job responsibilities(13 items),training content(12 items)and performance appraisal(15 items).Conclusions:The stroke health manager post management plan based on Delphi method is highly scientific and reliable,and it can provide relatively reasonable and effective standards and basis for the hospital setting up stroke health manager posts.
