摘  要:[目的]探讨辐照生物敷料在Ⅱ度烧伤创面中的应用效果。[方法]选取2018年1月—2019年6月收治的40例采用辐照生物敷料的Ⅱ度烧伤病人为观察组,选取同期收治的40例采用常规抗菌功能敷料Ⅱ度烧伤病人为对照组。比较两组病人换药情况、创面愈合情况及舒适度。[结果]观察组病人换药次数少于对照组,换药疼痛程度低于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人敷料覆盖舒适度高于对照组,二次创伤评分低于对照组,创面瘢痕增生评分低于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]辐照生物敷料能加快Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,提高病人舒适度,减少二次创伤和创面瘢痕增生。Objective:To explore the effect of irradiated biological dressing on second degree burn wounds.Methods:The total of 40 patients with second degree burn treated with irradiated biological dressing in our department from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as observation group,and the total of 40 patients with second degree burn treated with conventional antibiotic dressing in the same period were selected as control group.The dressing change,wound healing and comfort were compared between the two groups.Results:The frequency of dressing change in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the pain degree of dressing change was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort degree of dressing coverage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the secondary trauma score was lower than that in the control group,the wound proliferation score was lower than that in the control group,and the healing time was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Irradiated biological dressing could accelerate the healing of second degree burn wounds,improve the comfort of patients,and reduce secondary trauma and scar hyperplasia.
