摘　　要：[目的]探讨自制骶前引流专用裤在直肠癌Miles术后病人中的应用效果。[方法]采用半结构式访谈的方法对11例直肠癌Miles术后使用自制骶前引流专用裤的病人进行访谈。[结果]病人有明显的肛门及下腹部坠痛症状以及自我形象改变所致的病耻感;骶前引流裤可以减轻局部疼痛,为术后早期活动带来便利;病人对骶前引流裤的质量和款式有更高的要求。[结论]自制骶前引流专用裤在直肠癌Miles术后病人中有良好的应用效果。Objective:To explore investigate the effect of self-made sacral anterior drainage pants on patients with rectal cancer after Miles operation.Methods:A total of 11 cases of patients after Miles operation of rectal cancer treated in our hospital were interviewed in the semi-structured interview method.Results:The patients had obvious symptoms of anal and lower abdominal pain,as well as stigma caused by self-image change.Presacral drainage pants could alleviate local pain and facilitate early postoperative activities.Patients had higher requirements on the quality and style of sacral anterior drainage pants.Conclusions:The self-made pre-sacral drainage pants had good application effect in patients with rectal cancer after Miles operation.
