摘  要:以开孔个数和开孔孔径为研究参数,对10根H型高强铝合金开孔柱进行轴压性能试验研究.介绍高强铝合金柱的试验加载方案,描述高强铝合金柱在轴压荷载下的破坏模式,给出其荷载-位移曲线及荷载-应变曲线,并将开孔个数、开孔直径、开孔率对高强铝合金柱极限荷载的影响及试件在不同状态下的延性进行讨论.试验结果表明:双轴对称截面H型的高强度铝合金柱,在轴向荷载作用下其破坏形态均表现为弯曲失稳;高强铝合金柱的极限荷载和开孔个数呈现负线性相关关系,试件的极限荷载和开孔率呈现近似负线性相关关系;将试验结果与我国铝合金规范中相关计算公式的计算结果进行对比,表明我国铝合金规范计算公式得到的极限荷载计算结果相对偏保守.最后通过引入修正系数α1,建立适用于H型截面高强度铝合金开孔柱稳定承载力轴压计算公式.The axial compression properties of 10 H-type high-strength aluminum alloy columns were studied by taking the number of holes and the diameter of holes as the research parameters.The test loading scheme of high strength aluminum alloy column is introduced,the failure mode of high strength aluminum alloy column under axial compression load is described,and its load-displacement curve and load-strain curve are given.The influence of opening ratio on the ultimate load of high-strength aluminum alloy columns and the ductility of specimens in different states are discussed.The test results show that the failure mode of H-shaped high-strength aluminum alloy columns with a biaxisymmetric section shows bending instability under axial load,and there is a negative linear correlation between the ultimate load and the number of openings of high-strength aluminum alloy columns.there is an approximate negative linear correlation between the ultimate load and the opening ratio.The comparison between the test results and the calculation results of the calculation formula in the Chinese aluminum alloy code shows that the ultimate load calculation results obtained according to the calculation formula of the Chinese aluminum alloy code are relatively conservative.Finally the formula for calculating the stable bearing capacity of H-section high-strength aluminum alloy perforated columns is established by introducing the correction coefficientα1.
