绘图板丁字尺套装的创新设计

摘　　要：为了节省制图时间和提高制图的精确度,对丁字尺和图板进行了改良创新设计。基于以下问题:目前市面上的丁字尺和图板制作工艺参差不齐,造成仪器误差,外加制图时的操作误差和主观误差,是以绘制图形精确度低;且两者分开存在不易携带,现状下其不足以满足绘图者日常的学习和工作需求,以中国古代建筑的榫卯结构为纽带,对丁字尺和图板进行一体化设计,使丁字尺可独立绘制出任意角度的直线,以降低误差,提高精确度,增强可操作性。以下将详细介绍丁字尺的各类问题及解决办法。In order to save drawing time and improve the accuracy of drawing,the T-ruler and drawing board are improved and innovated.Based on the following problems:at present,the production process of T-ruler and drawing board on the market is uneven,resulting in instrument error,plus the operation error and subjective error in drawing,which is due to the low accuracy of drawing.And the separation of the two is not easy to carry,under the present situation,it is not enough to meet the daily study and work needs of the draftsman.Taking the mortise and tenon joint structure of ancient Chinese architecture as the link,the T-ruler and the drawing board are designed in an integrated way,so that the T-ruler can draw the straight line of any angle independently,in order to reduce the error,provide accuracy and enhance the operability.This paper will introduce all kinds of problems and solutions of T-ruler in detail.
