摘 要:为了明晰阿维菌素和毒死蜱在蜜柚上使用的安全性,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法及田间试验方法,研究了2种农药在蜜柚上残留降解动态以及套袋对残留量的影响。结果表明,阿维菌素和毒死蜱在蜜柚上的残留降解动态均符合一级动力学方程,阿维菌素套袋处理的半衰期(T 1/2)为3.61~4.00d,不套袋处理的T 1/2为3.26~3.53d;毒死蜱套袋处理的T 1/2为4.55~4.84d,不套袋处理的T 1/2为4.35~4.45d。2种农药套袋处理的半衰期均略长于不套袋处理的半衰期。施药后65d在蜜柚上没有检出阿维菌素和毒死蜱残留。To evaluate the safety of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in honey pomelo,the residual degradation dynamics of two pesticides and the effect of bagging on residues were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and field trials.The results showed that the residual degradation dynamics of abamectin and chlorpyrifos followed the first-order kinetic equation,and the half-life(T 1/2)of abamectin was 3.61~4.00d in bagging treatment,and 3.26~3.53d in no-bagging.T 1/2 of chlorpyrifos was 4.55~4.84d in bagging treatment,and 4.35~4.45d in no-bagging.T 1/2 of two pesticides were a little longer in bagging treatment.The residues of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in honey pomelo were not detected on the 65th day after spraying.
