摘 要:紫杉醇是一种抗微管药物,通过抑制细胞有丝分裂和促进肿瘤细胞凋亡发挥抗肿瘤作用。但因其低溶解性、高毒性和低生物利用度等问题在临床上应用受限。纳米载体在药物递送中具有独特的优势,包括提高药物溶解度、延长药物循环时间、降低系统毒性、将药物靶向递送至肿瘤部位等。由于紫杉醇纳米制剂独特的结构和功能还对免疫系统产生影响,并表现出免疫调节特性。本文综述了紫杉醇纳米制剂对髓源性抑制性细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、自然杀伤细胞、效应T细胞、调节性细胞等免疫细胞的影响,及其在肿瘤免疫中的临床应用进展。Paclitaxel is an anti-microtubule drug,which exerts the anti-tumor effect by inhibiting mitosis and promoting tumor cell apoptosis.However,paclitaxel is restricted in the clinical application because of its low solubility,high toxicity and low bioavailability.Nano-carriers have unique advantages in drug delivery,including improving drug solubility,increasing drug cycle time,reducing systemic toxicity,targeting drugs to tumor sites.Due to the unique structure and function,the paclitaxel nano-preparation also has an impact on the immune system,and shows immunomodulatory characteristics.This paper reviews the effects of paclitaxel nano-preparation on myeloid-derived suppressor cells,macrophages,dendritic cells,natural killer cells,effector T cells,regulatory cells and other immune cells,as well as its clinical application in tumor immunology.
