摘  要:肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)是广泛存在于人体组织中且高度表达的一种长链非编码RNA,其通过在分子水平影响基因的表达,并参与肿瘤免疫相关疾病的发生发展。近年来研究发现,MALAT1通过调控细胞增殖与凋亡、上皮细胞-间充质转化(EMT)血管生成以及炎症反应等,参与糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展。本文综述MALAT1的结构与功能及其在糖尿病及糖尿病并发症发病过程中的作用及作用机制,以期为糖尿病临床研究与相关新药研发提供借鉴和参考。Metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1),a long non-coding RNA widely distributed and highly expressed in human tissues participates in the development of tumor immune-related diseases via affecting gene expression at the molecular level.In recent years,studies have found that MALAT1 is involved in the occurrence and development of diabetes and its complications by regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis,epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),angiogenesis,and inflammation.This paper reviews the structure and function of MALAT1 as well as the role and mechanism of MALAT1 in the pathogenesis of diabetes and related complications,aiming to provide reference for the clinical research on diabetes and the related new drug development.
