摘　　要：目的探讨绒毛膜羊膜炎对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取72例绒毛膜羊膜炎产妇作为病例组,并选取同期来我院分娩的70例正常产妇作为对照组,比较两组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率及胎膜早破的相关因素。结果病例组产妇发病后体温、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞、C反应蛋白均高于发病前和对照组(P<0.05)。病例组产妇B族乙型溶血性链球菌感染(GBS)阳性率、剖宫产率、产褥期感染率、胎盘残留率、产后出血发生率均高于对照组,病例组新生儿胎儿窘迫和病理性黄疸发生率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。病例组产妇的破膜时间与白细胞计数、中性粒细胞、C反应蛋白水平成负相关(P均<0.05)。结论绒毛膜羊膜炎会增加产妇不良妊娠结局的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of chorioamnionitis on the outcome of pregnancy.Methods 72 pregnant women with chorioamnionitis in our hospital were selected as the study group,and 70 normal pregnant women who delivered in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications and related factors of premature rupture of membranes were compared between the two groups.Results The body temperature,white blood cell count,neutrophil and c-reactive protein of the patients were higher than those of the patients before onset and control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of GBS,cesarean section,puerperal infection,placenta residue and postpartum hemorrhage in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the incidence of fetal distress and pathologic jaundice in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rupture time was positively correlated with WBC count,neutrophil and C reactive protein(P<0.05).Conclusion chorioamnionitis can increase the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
