益肾止血方治疗慢性肾炎血尿气阴两虚夹瘀型的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肾止血方治疗慢性肾炎血尿气阴两虚夹瘀型的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月宁夏回族自治区中医院肾病科的慢性肾炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予以常规基础治疗,对照组予以口服阿魏酸哌嗪片,治疗组予以口服益肾止血方。8周后观察两组患者肾炎血尿的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组中医证候积分、尿红细胞数量、血肌酐(SCr)均较治疗前降低,且低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论益肾止血方是治疗慢性肾炎血尿气阴两虚夹瘀型的有效方剂。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Zhixue prescription in treating chronic nephritis hematuria with QiYin deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic nephritis in nephrology department of Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were given routine basic treatment.The control group was given piperazine ferulate tablets,and the treatment group was given Yishen Zhixue prescription.After 8 weeks,the clinical efficacy of renal hematuria in the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,urinary red blood cell count and serum creatinine(SCr)in the treatment group were all lower than those before treatment,and lower than the control group(P all<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Zhixue prescription is an effective prescription for treating chronic nephritis hematuria with QiYin deficiency and blood stasis.
