摘  要:贵冶始终致力于绿色冶炼发展,低能耗冶炼水平下,开创了生态环保新水平,且多项环保指标处于国际领先水平。然而,贫化电炉在当下长期生产过程中存在着高能耗低资源利用率、低空烟气外逸及炉体自身安全等一系列问题,与贵冶发展理念背道而驰,不仅成本空间受限,而且安全环保态势难以把控。为解决当前面临的各种不利局势,我们必须坚持以“技术创新引领”为导向,构建出高效协同的作业管控模式,针对贵冶一系统闪速炉渣直排缓冷的优化及改造,不断深入内涵发展才能破茧重生。Guixi Smelter has always been committed to the development of green smelting.Under the low energy consumption smelting level,it has created a new level of ecological and environmental protection,and a number of environmental protection indicators are in the international leading level.However,there are a series of problems such as high energy consumption and low resource utilization rate,low level flue gas emission and furnace body safety in the current long-term production process of depleted electric furnace,which run counter to the development concept of metallurgical.And not only the cost space is limited,but also the safety and environmental protection situation is difficult to control.In order to solve the current adverse situation,we must adhere to the"technology innovation leading"as the guide,build a highly efficient and coordinated operation control mode,aiming at the optimization and transformation of the direct discharge and slow cooling of the flash furnace slag of No.1 system of MCC,and constantly deepen the connotation of development to break out of the situation.
