摘  要:作为重要的辅助设备,防弯器被广泛应用以提供一个从平台到柔性立管的平缓物理过渡,进而避免疲劳破坏和过度弯曲。由于防弯器在柔性立管整体分析中发挥着极其重要的作用,在柔性立管构型设计中充分了解防弯器的约束作用是必要的。本文基于经典细长杆件模型,提出了一种改进的数学模型用来研究防弯器约束和水动力荷载作用下的柔性立管整体响应。该数学模型分别采用抗弯刚度过渡模型和双折线弯曲-曲率模型模拟防弯器约束和柔性管弯曲滞回特征。通过对比,可以发现防弯器主要影响柔性立管顶端区域的曲率分布,其材料特性具有非常显著的影响。此外,本文也深入地研究了不同海流流速和浮式平台运动工况下防弯器的约束作用。As very important ancillary equipment,a bend stiffener is employed to provide a gradual physical transition between a floating platform and a flexible riser to avoid severe fatigue damage and over-bending.Since bend stiffeners play a vital role in the flexible riser’s global analysis,accurate knowledge of bend stiffener constraint effect is essential in the flexible riser configuration design.In this paper,a mathematical model developed on the basis of the classical rod theory is put forward to study the flexible riser’s global response with bend stiffener constraint and hydrodynamic loadings.A bending stiffness gradient model and a bilinear moment-curvature model are well considered in this proposed mathematical model to simulate bend stiffener constraint and bending characteristic of the flexible pipe,respectively.By comparison,it is observed that the bend stiffener chiefly affects the curvature distribution of a flexible riser in the top-end region and its material characteristic shows significant impact.Besides,the effects of bend stiffener constraint with different current velocities and floating platform movements are also well investigated.
