摘　　要：人才培养是本科教育的第一要务。本科毕业设计(论文)的质量是衡量高校人才培养质量的重要评价指标。以河南农业大学研究型学院农学院为例,针对本科毕业论文设计中存在的问题,提出了切实有效的改进方案和实施方法,旨在培养基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高的创新型人才,向社会和科研院所输送高规格的科研人才。In order to deepen the reform of undergraduate education and to train the socialist builders and successors with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education,talent training should be the first priority of undergraduate education.The quality of undergraduate graduation design(thesis)is an important evaluation index to measure the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.In this paper,taking the College of Agriculture of Henan Agricultural University as an example,and in view of the three main problems existing in the graduation design(thesis)of undergraduates,the practical and effective implementation plan and method are put forward.Finally,we should train innovative talents with solid foundation,wide knowledge,strong ability and high quality,so as to cultivate high-standard scientific research talents for the society and scientific research institutes.
