摘　　要：师资队伍建设是专业建设的关键环节。文章总结了一流本科专业“双万计划”实施过程中高校师资队伍建设存在的问题,提出改革人事管理制度、加强教师培训与人才引进、建设一流教师队伍等对策。The construction of teaching staff is the key link of specialty construction.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities during the implementation of the“double ten thousand plan”for the first-class undergraduate majors,and puts forward some countermeasures for reforming the personnel management system,strengthening teacher training and talent introduction,and building a first-class teaching staff.
