摘　　要：在思想政治教育工作中要切实考虑少数民族大学生的特点与成长阶段,优化和完善思想政治教育路径,进一步加强高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作的有效性与针对性。文章分析了少数民族大学生思想政治教育的特点、存在问题,探索其有效的实现路径。In the ideological and political education work,we should consider the characteristics and growth stage of ethnic minority college students,optimize and perfect the path of ideological and political education,which is helpful to further strengthen the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education work for ethnic minority college students.Therefore,this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of ideological and political education for ethnic minority students,and explores its effective realization path.
