摘　　要：目前,高等院校在培养应用型本科人才方面面临着学科发展方向不清晰、人才培养方案不科学、实践教学被弱化等问题,文章针对这些问题提出了改善应用型人才培养的对策建议。Applied talents are becoming the main demand of social and economic development.At present,colleges and universities are faced with the problems of the unclear direction of discipline development,unscientific talent training program,and weakening of practice teaching,and so on.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to solve these problems.
