摘　　要：国际化人才培养需要充分考虑人才需求的变化情况。以俄语区国家为研究对象,通过对俄语区国家高等教育的历史数据分析,阐述各国的人才需求现状,探讨各国在高等教育人才培养中的优势与不足,并对我国与俄语区国家进行教育合作提出建议。The training of international talents requires full consideration of changes in talent demand.This article takes the Russian-speaking countries as the research object and analyzes the historical data of higher education in the Russian-speaking countries,expounds the current situation of talent demand in each country,and discusses the current advantages and problems of each country in the cultivation of higher education talents.Finally,it put forward suggestions for the educational cooperation between our country and Russian-speaking countries.
