摘 要:目的检测北京市石景山区儿童维生素A、E水平,探讨其与反复呼吸道感染的关系,为临床预防和治疗反复呼吸道感染提供参考。方法选取北京大学首钢医院儿科门诊2017年7月至2018年6月期间体检的355例儿童为研究对象,其中健康儿童330例,反复呼吸道感染儿童25例(RRI组)。分析330例健康儿童血清维生素A、E水平,分别计算不足率及缺乏率,并比较维生素A、E水平与性别和年龄的关系。从1岁以上健康儿童中随机选取30例作为健康组,比较其与RRI组儿童的维生素A、E水平的差异。结果 330例健康儿童维生素A不足率为43.6%,缺乏率为10.3%。维生素E不足率为8.5%,未见缺乏者;男童和女童维生素A水平分别为(0.29±0.08) mg/L,(0.27±0.08) mg/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但女童维生素E水平为(10.65±2.52) mg/L,明显高于男童的(9.42±2.15) mg/L,差异有统计学意义((P<0.05);维生素A不足率以<1岁组最明显,与其他组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但各年龄组维生素A缺乏率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);维生素E水平总体较高,维生素E不足率3~5岁组及>6岁组明显高于<1岁组及1~2岁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RRI组儿童维生素A水平为(0.24±0.07) mg/L,明显低于健康组儿童的(0.30±0.07) mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而RRI组儿童维生素E水平为(8.81±2.84) mg/L,与健康组儿童的(10.09±2.46) mg/L比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本地区健康儿童维生素A水平不足率仍较高,维生素E营养状况良好;维生素A水平与反复呼吸道感染有关。Objective To detect the serum vitamin A and E levels in children of Shijingshan District of Beijing and investigate its correlation with repeated respiratory infection(RRI),to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of RRI.Methods Totally 355 children for physical examination in the Outpatient Department of Pediatrics,Peking University Shougang Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected.There were 330 healthy children and 25 children with RRI(RRI group).Vitamin A and E levels were detected in 330 healthy children,the insufficiency rate and deficiency rate were calculated,and the correlation of Vitamin A and E levels with gender and age were analyzed.Thirty healthy children over one year old were randomly selected,and vitamin A and E levels were detected and compared with 25 children with RRI.Results The insufficiency rate of vitamin A was 43.6%and deficiency rate was 10.3%.The insufficiency rate of vitamin E was 8.5%,and deficiency rate was 0.Vitamin A level of boys was(0.29±0.08)mg/L,and that of girls was(0.27±0.08)mg/L,showing no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Vitamin E level of girls was(10.65±2.52)mg/L,significantly higher than(9.42±2.15)mg/L of boys(P<0.05).The insufficiency rate of vitamin A of<1 year old group was highest,which showed statistically significant difference between<1 year old group and other groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in deficiency rate of vitamin A levels among the age groups(P>0.05).The levels of vitamin E were high in overall.The insufficiency rate of vitamin E levels of 3-5 years old group and>6 years old group was significantly higher than that of<1 year old group and 1-2 years old group(P<0.05).The levels of vitamin A in children with RRI were(0.24±0.07)mg/L,significantly lower than(0.30±0.07)mg/L of healthy children(P<0.05).The level of vitamin E in children with RRI was(8.81±2.84)mg/L,which showed no significant difference with(10.09±2.46)mg/L of healthy children(P>0.05).Conclusion The deficiency rate
